Nick Leslie was a comedian, story teller, cook, performance artist and the Undercover Glutton!
He wrote restaurant reviews for the Amsterdam Weekly for a few years.
Danny Calvi, the art director at the time asked me to come up with a concept for the column. We would photograph the glutton with a blank napkin as an empty canvas, and digitally manipulate a different stain every week.
