Simon Wald-Lasowski (Paris, 1980) is a freelance photographer, designer and art director. He lives in Amsterdam and graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in 2004. Occasionally he also works as a Wedding MC.
I had to shoot a cover for the Bollywood festival one week before it started. The only available Bollywood item around town was an exhibition of film posters. I took two friends with me and asked them to interview our "star".
I like the fact that at first glance, the image seems to be two dimensional.
